weird
A few weeks ago I got "Portrait of a Killer" by Patricia Cornwell.
It's interesting in a way... and she has some ideas that seem not too far fetched (I guess. I'm not a specialist, after all), but apart from that... disappointing. (Well, what do you expect when the title is "Case Closed"?! Honestly.)
I mean, she knows about as much as I do about art and interprets pictures to prove the artist is the Ripper. WTF?.
Yesterday I was in a gallery - you know how many pictures I saw of women with "strange shadows" on the neck, wide eyes, shocked expressions, arms and legs looking as if "cut off"?? Naked women, sickly green faces, a picture called "The Ripper" - so the man lurking beneath the bed is the painter himself? And just remember some of Picasso's paintings (Girl With Dark Hair, for example).
Oh, dear.
*rolls eyes*
